Description

Offered here is this Wonderful Antique Noritake Hand Painted Cream Pitcher. It is in good condition, with no cracks, however, it does have a couple of chips in the top rim, on the spout.  The handle has been broken off at some point and repaired as well.  It is a very old looking piece, and has a hand painted design over glaze.  The outside of the pitcher is finished in a nice green glaze, and the inside is finished in an iridescent peach glaze.  The black accents on the handle and trim have spots where the color is worn through.  The pitcher has a slightly scalloped edge at the top.  It has the number M in the center of the Noritake Back Stamp on the bottom.  It is 3.5" tall at the rim, 3.75" tall at the handle and spout, 3.25" deep, 4.25" in diameter from spout to handle, 2.75" across the top rim, and 1.75" in diameter at the base ring.  The pitcher has just beautiful coloring, and would be a wonderful addition to any antique china collection.  It is a fabulous piece.
