Chili Scotch Bonnet
Chili Seed
?The Chili Scotch Bonnet has a hat-like shape. The degree of scaling is sometimes stronger than with a conventional orange habanero. This is the most popular Caribbean habanero type. It is used for spicy sauces and many Jamaican dishes. The chilies are yellow-orange - 6.5 cm long and 8 cm wide.

For sowing, swell in water and place in a plastic pot.

Spread some seeds on the peat pot and cover thinly with the sowing substrate (about 2 mm).

Then put the plastic pot in a zip-lock bag - with a pot size of 6 cm we recommend a zip-lock bag of size 120 x 170 mm. Put enough tap water in the zip-lock bag with a few drops of universal fertilizer so that a few millimeters of water remain after the substrate has been absorbed.

Location: on the windowsill or in a miniature greenhouse partially shaded, during the day the temperatures should be around 24 - 28 C, at night slightly lower at 20 - 24 C.
