You are bidding on this nice first edition hardcover copy of Gourmet’s Menus for Contemporary Living. It has a copyright date of 1985, and is a Bonzoi book published by Alfred A. Knopf. It is in very good condition, with only minor wear at the edges and corners. The spine and binding are good, and all 347 pages are intact and in good condition. The paper dust jacket has a little more wear at the edges, and some light stains on the front and back. There are many wonderful photos and illustrations and many, many recipes for wonderful dishes. This is a very nice cookbook.
