MHM Melissa Harper Womens Blouse Career Office Top Size L to XL ? Tag is Faded

Womens Career Office type button front blouse with side slits on either side area for comfort when moving around. Short sleeve with shoulder pads and black loops to help keep it hung up on your hanger so it won't fall off. Shoulder pad can be removed on your end if you prefer them to not be there.  It actually double buttons as under the black loop and knot catches in the front there are button holes and buttons hidden under it to secure top in place. I am a woman size 20 to 22 and it is too tight on me. The actual size in this has worn off. The best I can guess it is a womens large to XL and no more. Measures about: bust: underarm area across 24" for 50" total around. Length: back of neck  down is 23-3/4". Base of shirt across is 24.5" for a total around of 49".
