It is in very good condition, with some wear at the corners and edges, and some hand written notations throughout the book, a lot of which are in pencil and could be erased, although there are some in pen as well. It is 24 pages long, the staple binding is good, and all pages are intact and in good condition. This is a great beginner organ book.
