Vintage China Crescent Shaped Dish, Hand Painted, GD CND, LOOKS OLD Pretty
You are bidding on this nice vintage China dish which is the shape of the Crescent Moon. I am unsure of the age or origins of the dish, but it looks quite old and is in good condition, with no cracks, but there are a couple of chips on the under side at the edge. The dish is transfer ware but also has some of the detail in the pattern hand painted on. There is quite a bit of crazing in the glaze as well. It is a little dusty and will need to be washed. The dish is .75” tall, is slightly concave, making is about .5” deep, it is 7” at the longest, and is 3.25” wide. It is a very nice, very old looking dish, and would be a great decorative piece, or could be used as well.
