Offered here is this Beautiful Jessica Howard Size 4 Petite Ladies Sailor Style Dress Jacket Top. The top is very gently used but shows very little sign of wear at all. I am unsure of its exact age, however, it has padded shoulders, so I would assume it is from the probably 1980s or 1990s. It is a beautiful black color with gold scrolling trim and gold buttons. The jacket is made up of 60% rayon, 40% acetate and is dry clean only. It measures 14.5" from shoulder to shoulder, 17.5" across the chest from armpit to armpit, about 1" across the waist. is 19.5" from the back of the neck to the waist hem, and has lovely long sleeves that are 16.5" long from the armpit to the cuff. It is a lovely vintage ladies sailor style jacket.
