Offered here is this wonderful Antique Silverplate Enameled Powder Box with Mirror. This little box is in very good condition, with no breaks, but the bottom is a bit dented. The mirror is still intact inside the lid, which fits down onto the bottom box portion. It does not screw on, however, it fits very snugly. I am unsure of the exact age of the box. The enameling is still in very good condition, with only light wear, and the colors are still very vivid. There are portions of the design that are etched into the porcelain. It is made of a precious metal and is silver plated. The silver is slightly tarnished, and the whole box could use a light cleaning. It is 2.25" in diameter, 1" tall, and .5" deep. It is a beautiful little relic, and would be a wonderful addition to any antique vanity collection.
