ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES:
Buyer pays actual shipping cost for Priority mail, based on USPS calculation of weight, & zone, with insurance & delivery confirmation. For fragile items there may be a small (.30-.70) handling fee to cover packaging materials &'s 10% surcharge. I try to be fair to everyone bidding by using calculated USPS shipping rates, instead of giving free shipping and adding the highest possible rate to the cost of the item, that wouldn't be fair to someone bidding from a local shipping zone.
