A high school student (Keith Jordan) learns that he's the last remaining descendant of the legendary monster-killer, Abraham Van Helsing (Ken Mitzkovitz), and that the original possessor of a magic scepter that Van Helsing purloined is on the loose and coming after the hapless kid in this teen horror movie.
