Fitzgerald's Reno opened on May 17, 1976 owned by Lincoln Fitzgerald and after his death, his widow Meta sold the property in 1986 to Lincoln management Company. On October 1, 2008, Fitzgeralds Reno announced its imminent closure in Novembe 2008 and finally closed down on January 1 2013. CommRow announced the grand opening of its replacement, Whitney Peak Hotel Memorial Day weekend 2014.
