Vinyl plays nicely (play-graded). Cover looks great; light-scuffing (front/back). Inner-sleeve is original (photo/lyrics/credits). Spine is easy-to-read with very mild-wear. Little shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use. Red label with Columbia around edges. (Not a cut-out.)
That's Why I'm Here was released four years after his previous effort, Dad Loves His Work, and contains a cover version of Buddy Holly's Everyday (which charted in the Billboard Hot 100), as well as the participation of a number of artists, including Don Henley, Joni Mitchell and Graham Nash. The album was certified Platinum.
