Shipping FAQ
1) Is insurance included in the shipping fee? Yes. Full insurance is included.
2) Can I ship to a PO Box? Absolutely.
3) Do you charge a handling or packaging fee? No. Our shipping fee shown in this sale is all-inclusive.
4) I live locally. Can I pick up my item? Absolutely. We have a shop on Route 302 in Windham, Maine.
5) My item was damaged. What should I do? If you received a damaged item, please accept our apologies. In this event, just send us an image of the item (email a digital picture) and we will take care of the claim from there and send you a refund immediately. That easy.
Returns Information
We offer free shipping on most all of our items and pay for return shipping if you need to make a return regardless of the reason.
In cases where we have sent the wrong item, please accept our apologies and we will issue a return label through and refund in full as soon as received.
In all other cases of return (e.g. wrong size, changed mind, just don't like, don't need, etc.), we still pay for the return shipping cost and will issue a return label through and refund as soon as received.
In these cases, we deduct a 20% return fee to help offset the cost of double shipping, the merchant return fee, staff and supplies, etc. It is always a loss for us when we take a return and this fee enables us to continue to sell here and offer free shipping.
