1 package of 4 clips. They look to be a bit smaller than an inch. They have little rubbery parts, possibly silicone, to help prevent them to be slide proof so they stay put in place. I've heard the metal ones are better at staying in place themselves.

They are by Conair, from 2013. Packaging may show shelf wear.
