I'm putting this as "good" because the disc is actually very nice with about 1mm or smaller scratches in about 1-3 places. The case however is probably more acceptable because of the residue left from a sticker on the front upper left corner and a sticker on the back lower left with other minor imperfections. The game includes what appears all the paperwork, including the instructions, a online pass sheet, and another sheet about unlocking M1911 pistol for multiplayer (doesn't appear a code is needed and just need to be a member of the EA Gun Club). Please review all pictures. Sold "as is."
