This a good used pair of possibly polyester women's shorts and are a stretchy material. They are hand made so no tags. The elastic waist is 28" to 36" with a fake front that looks like it has a zipper and buttons. It is 6" long from the crotch to the bottom of the leg. It measures 14" from the waist to the crotch.
