Copyright page states 1961 and this is a second edition (revised and enlarged). Softcover. 380 pages including index. Original price $2.95. Covers show some rubbing and general wear. Lower left corner of back cover is creased. Minor dirt to page foredges. A number of pages have underlining and handwritten notes or comments in margins in both pencil and pen. Comments tend to be minimal statements such as "Good!" Some text will have brackets by it (rather than underlining) and there are a few arrows.
