WHEN PLACING AN ORDER:

We are ONLY able to ship to the address given on your paypal payment. If you request an address change we will need to refund your payment and have you resubmit with the correct shipping information.

Items will be shipped via USPS or Fedex (at our discretion). Tracking/Delivery confirmation is provided with ALL purchases.

Shipping of Larger/higher priced items may require a physical shipping address as Fedex does not deliver to PO/APO/FPO Boxes.

Some items may be shipped Fedex Signature Required.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Item will be shipped within 24 hours after payment received(Excluding Sunday and Holidays).

Depending on the carrier used, delivery time may vary.

All items will be checked and well packed before shipping.

We do not ship on weekends or bank holiday.

We ship internationally by USPS Priority Mail International ONLY (We aim to deliver between 7-60 working days depending on location). We may choose to exclude certain locations if Priority Mail service is not available (We have recently had to exclude Russia and Ukraine). We are also NOT able to mark purchases as a gift or at a lower value than purchase price.

Foreign shipping: Request a quote prior to bidding.(CLOTHING ITEMS ONLY) Alaska & Hawaii: May require additional shipping, please inquire before buying.

RETURN POLICY:

We are happy to accept returns for items within 14 days of delivery (we MUST be contacted within 14 days of delivery to qualify for return) All items being returned to us MUST be in the condition sent eg: sealed packaging on Brand new items, tags still attached with plastic string etc for clothing items. Items that are NOT returned in condition sent are also subject to a restocking fee (20%) since we will no longer be able to sell them as new. If an item that offered free shipping is returned to us (even though it was as described) We do charge a 20% restocking fee so that we are not out our costs. In the case shipping was paid, it is non refundable. We do not refund International Shipping costs for ANY reason. Damage claims need to be investigated and verified (we may ask that you provide digital photos of the damage or allow access to the package for inspection). Serial numbers or infrared watermarks will be authenticated once returns are received before a refund will be issued.

PAYMENT METHODS:

We accept Paypal ONLY. No exceptions.

Customers paying with Echeck option through paypal:

We are not able to send your item until your payment has cleared. Unfortunately our payment software is having some difficulties with this type of payment and we are not notified by paypal when the payment clears. If it has been more than 24 hours since your payment has cleared and you have not received shipping confirmation, please contact us via email so that we can check the status of your order for you.

NOTE: E-Checks work like paper checks and take your bank several business days to process.

ATTENTION WASHINGTON STATE WINNERS:

Due to Washington State's destination based sales tax, You MUST request an invoice prior to paying for your auction- Automated invoices will be incorrect until and Paypal decide to revise invoicing to reflect "destination-based sales tax". (Sales tax is 9.5% by default) To avoid overpaying, go to the item page and click on "request invoice".

ITEM CONDITION EXPLANATIONS:

Brand New - Item never been removed from original factory sealed package.

New - Item That has never been used, box may have been opened.

Mint - Item that looks like new and shows no obvious signs of use.

Excellent - Item that may have been used but shows little signs of wear

Used - Used item that shows signs of wear.

Well Used - Used item that shows heavy wear

AS-IS - Means the product is either damaged or failed our testing. We do not attempt any repair of such and sell it "AS-IS" This product is not eligible for return for any reason. We try to accurately describe the conditions present during testing. However this does not guarantee you the same results.

What if my item does not fit?

We are always happy to accept returns for items that do not fit, as we understand shopping for clothing online can be difficult. Please see our return policy for additional information.

Is this item authentic?

Yes, all of the items that we sell, both in our retail stores and online, are GUARANTEED to be 100% Authentic. There are times that tags etc may vary from something you have seen in another store as we do specialize in discontinued, end of season (last years models) and overstock merchandise.

Will you ship this item to my international destination?

We are more than happy to ship any of our clothing items Internationally, however electronic & misc items will only be shipped within the US. Shipping costs are stated within our listing, please check the cost or contact us for cost prior to purchase. These costs DO NOT include Customs fees/duties.

We have recently had to exclude some international locations as Priority International Mail is no longer available to those destinations(this includes Russia, Ukraine and a few others at this time).

Do you combine shipping?

Yes, we do offer combined shipping for multiple items that are paid for at the same time. In some cases if you have paid for multiple items separately, we may combine the orders together to save on shipping/packaging cost. For any items that do not offer free shipping, such as international orders, we do offer combined shipping discounts.
