This is a listing for Psychotria carthagenensis live plants, sprouted out of the berries from our mother plants. These plants are now 1-2 years old, measuring 1-2" (2-5 cm) tall, and thus sturdy enough to endure shipping. They come directly from Pandora's organic garden, where we use no pesticides and only feed organic fertilizers.
Plants are shipped whole, with their roots in wet soil. A pot is *not* included to make packaging easier and reduce the shipping costs.
Taller/older plants are sold first.
Shipped through expedited mail with tracking. Expect delivery on 3 business days (Europe) or 5 business days (rest of the world). It may take up to a month on countries with slow customs.
Costumers outside the European Single Market are advised to check their local imports' legislation before ordering. Some countries forbid the importation of live plants.
Psychotria carthagensis, sometimes erroneously dubbed as Psychotria alba, is commonly known as Amyruca. It is a bush from the coffee family (Rubiaceae), originally grows in the wet tropics, from South America to Mexico. It can reach a height of 5m with a spread of 2m. Amyruca leaves are used as substitute for Psychotria viridis (Chacruna).
