This is a very gently worn bubble hem mini skirt by COOGI. It is a girl's Size 6. Lining is magenta pink with a white sheer overlay. The overlay has a COOGI multi color print all over. Waist is elastic and has a tie in the front. In great condition. No stains or tears. Many clothes listed and will gladly combine shipping.
