Vintage King's Crown Sherbet 2 part mold so NEWER not ancient Near-Mint Condition This is a lovely footed sherbet in King's Crown, made in the 70's probably, which, Hey! that's 35+ years old!!. It stands 3.25" high and is 3.33" wide. The ruby flashing is nearly-mint with 1 tiny quarter inch long scratch right below the rim. But it has no chips or cracks or even fleabites. King's Crown has been made since 1891 but this is no where near that old. Indiana has been reproducing the ruby-stained in the late 60's and thru the 70's I believe. I just like the look anyway but the stain is not as dark and the older pieces are 3 part molds I understand. Welcome to Woadieland!! We're glad you stopped by!
