Here is a heavy wall plaque with the saying "when opportunity knocks, answer the door" engraved. It appears to be made from some type of stone/concrete or a composite. See photos for measurements. Weighs 1 pound and 10 ounces and is about ½ inch thick. Has sawtooth hanger on back for hanging. There is scuffing and some discoloration on the surface.

The cutout design in the upper left is reminiscent of a cathedral.
