Vintage original 27x41 in. US "non-bleed" one-sheet poster from the classic Walt Disney animated film, THE RESCUERS, released in 1977 by Buena Vista Pictures, in which two mice of the Rescue Aid Society search for a little girl kidnapped by unscrupulous treasure hunters. It features the voices of Bob Newhart, Eva Gabor, Geraldine Page, Joe Flynn, Jeannette Nolan, and Bernard Fox, among many other talented performers.

This poster was printed for the film's 1989 US theatrical re-release by Buena Vista Pictures and features beautiful artwork with rich, bold colors. As indicated in the bottom border, this is a "non bleed" one-sheet poster (a "full bleed" poster is one that was printed without any outer white borders). Unrestored and folded as originally issued, it is in very fine+ condition without any pinholes, tears, stains, or other flaws.

Considered by many of the film's producers, critics, and audiences to be the film that proved that Walt Disney Productions' animation department could survive after the death of Walt Disney. The film was the company's first major success since The Jungle Book (1967) and last until The Little Mermaid (1989). The Rescuers (1977) also out-grossed strong competition such as Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (1977) in many European countries including France and Germany.
