This is a vintage cobalt blue "Evening in Paris" Talcun Powder glass bottle. It has been opened but seems to have quite a bit of powder left. It measures 4 7/8"T x 2.5"W. It is in very good condition with normal wear scratching and some tape residue that can be cleaned.
