A wonderfully spicy jam. Delicious as a meat topper, on sandwiches, hot dogs or anything! A local favorite is a little Hot Pepper Jam & cream cheese on a cracker ... mmmm!

Ingredients: Peppers, Sugar, Vinegar, Certo

 

Locally sourced and grown on surrounding Amish farmlands and harvested from family orchards.  From start to finish, everything gets cleaned and cut by hand.  Each jar is processed without any artificial ingredients in a hot water bath, which preserves food naturally.
