Aromatherapy helps to heal the mind, body and spirit, helping with emotions and spiritual well-being. The essential oils are of vegetable origin based on flowers and herbs that help us restore the balance of health.
You can use essential oils in the following way:
1. Add 2 drops to a cotton ball and inhale the aroma.
2. Add 10 drops in an aromatic diffuser.
3. Add 10 drops to a humidifier.
4. Add 2 drops on burning charcoal.
5. Mix 20 drops in 4 ounces of warm water. Add sea salt or salt from the Himalayas in a spray bottle and shake well to change the energy in your home, dispel the negativity, and create an environment of protection.
6. Add 9 drops in warm water and use it as a bath of dispossession.
7. Mix 7 drops with two tablespoons of carrier oil, such as almond oil, jojoba oil or coconut oil for massage.
8. Add 10 drops of oil per laundry load. It is usually used to wash underwear.
9. Add 20 drops to 4 ounces of warm water and place them in a spray bottle. Shake well, use as air freshener.
10. For spiritual practices, mix 7 drops in almond or olive oil. Anoint your talismans or candles. Anoint a little on your body during meditation and prayer.
This wonderful formula contains Sandalwood, Bamboo and Jasmine. Therapeutic grade. These can be used for many holistic therapies, such as Reiki sessions, yoga, meditation and balancing energy.
