I've had some questions regarding Quicken's licensing, so I thought I'd add some clarification to this description. If you hover over (not click on) the thumbnail of the second photo (the back of the box) and then hover over (not click on) the lower portion of the photo that appears, you’ll get a zoomed in view of the terms as printed on the back of the box. To paraphrase: The license to use the software itself is perpetual, but use of the online features that transfer data directly from your financial institution is an annual subscription, so if you wish to continue using the software after the subscription period, you will have to either manually enter your financial data or upgrade/renew the subscription. The one-year subscription period starts upon activation of the software and it must be activated by 12/31/2020. You'll get free updates during the active subscription.
