Yamaha R1-R1M-R1S ABS brake line kit. All kits come with rubber Grommets, clips, banjo bolts, crush washers and mounting hardware where needed for a clean install.
Front Master Cylinder line: Using a Female swivel fitting, Line mounts to the Hard tube section of Line that exits the engine area between the radiator and head tube. This line feeds up to the master cylinder where it mounts with provided Banjo bolt and crush washers. Also includes a rubber fork strap to keep line held firm to fork near master cylinder.
Alternative Front master cylinder line is also available to fit aftermarket master cylinders such as Brembo, Galespeed...ect. Your aftermarket master cylinder type Must be noted in your order notes or OEM fit line will be sent.
Front Caliper lines: New Core Moto stainless T-Block will mount in OEM location. Left and right caliper lines provided are attached to T-block using female swivel fittings. Can be replaced if one side is damaged.
Front Junction lines: 2 additional lines are provided to replace short sections of rubber hose for the front system that are located in the subframe area. These lines are visible through the cut outs in the side of the subframe.
Rear Master Cylinder line: Male swivel fitting mounts in ABS module. This line is coupled directly to the Rear caliper line using double line grommets. Routing follows similar path as OEM while eliminating the junction blocks and brackets on the subframe exterior, a small clip is provided in this location to hold both lines. Mounts to the Master Cylinder with provided banjo bolts and crush washers.
Rear Caliper line: Male swivel fitting mounts in ABS module. This line is coupled directly to the Rear master cylinder line using double line grommets. Routing follows similar path as OEM while eliminating the junction blocks and brackets on the subframe exterior, a small clip is provided in this location to hold both lines. Leads back to the rear Caliper along OEM line patch. Pre installed rubber grommets and stiffener tube allows for clean mounting of line and TC wire coupling. Mounts to Caliper with provided banjo bolts and crush washers.

Testing:
Core Moto's Teflon core stainless steel lines can be bent 18,000,000 times before rupture compared to only 750,000 bends of the standard PTFE used by other companies. These Hoses have been batch tested to 18,000 psi without failure (normal motorcycle braking pressure is 800 - 1,000 psi). Most companies only test assemblies up to to 5,000 psi. Core Moto uses line material that out performs industry standards.
