Byblos Perfume by Byblos, Byblos is a women’s floral fruity fragrance with fruity, sweet, floral, white floral, and powdery main accords. Launched in 1990, this perfume was created by perfumer Ilias Ermenidis of Firmenich and is considered his first successful fragrance. This complex composition begins with top notes of passion fruit, pineapple, black currant, cassia, peach, bergamot, marigold, mandarin orange, and grapefruit. The heavily floral middle notes consist of mimosa, jasmine, honeysuckle, gardenia, violet, lily-of-the-valley, heliotrope, ylang-ylang, orchid, lily, iris, rose, and orris root. Musk, pepper, raspberry, and vetiver base notes complete this work. Best for spring and summer days, this fragrance has moderate longevity and sillage.
