Item description for Porcelain 6" Bud Vase Dancing Japanese Geisha Girl Calligraphy Gilt China Made

This is a beautiful porcelain bud vase with a Japanese Geisha girl or lady dancing on one side and calligraphy on the other side. I cannot find the characters and do not know what it says and I cannot tell if it's Chinese or perhaps it is Japanese since a Geisha girl is traditionally Japanese. The vase is stamped Made In China on the bottom, along with 4 characters of Chinese. I found the last 2 characters to mean Gao Po, which is probably the name of a town. I found the first 2 characters in other stamps that mean made in China, so perhaps it says made in Gao Po. That is all I could find.

The vase is approximately 6-1/8" tall. The top is approximately 2" diameter at the opening and the bottom is about 2" wide too. It is approximately 3" diameter in the middle.

Nice Condition. There ar a few minor imperfections in the glaze and the most noticeable one is pointed out in one of the photos.

Returns must be received within 30 days, in the same packaging and same condition it was when shipped to you. Buyer pays return shipping with no refunds on the original shipping. Once the item is returned in the same condition it was when shipped, your purchase price will be refunded.
