Magickal Eye Care Remedy- great for dark lines or puffy circles around the eyes. - Simmer rose petals & chamomile in just enough distilled water to cover them. When the petals & flowers have lost their color, strain the liquid and let it cool. Pour into a jar or bottle. Add 2 tbsp witch hazel for added healing benefits & stabilizer. Saturate a cotton ball with the rose water and dab under eyes to reduce dark circles and refresh the skin.
