The items available from our store come from various means and environments meaning some smell different, some look different, some feel different. Storage of inventory

Small items are stored in secured bins (typically Rubbermaid quality) and clothing is hung in a climate controlled, smoke and pet free environment after pictures and measurements are taken. They stay in this environment until sold and ready for shipment.

I do the best I can to describe products I am selling to the best of my ability, but I am human and do make mistakes. If you think I have made one before, during, or after your shopping experience, please let me know and I will do my best to fix it.

Shipping

I generally ship within 24 business hours Monday through Friday via USPS mail and welcome your purchase from the United States or internationally. When items state "free shipping", this includes only United States and its territories. International shipments please include phone number in your order. Duties/taxes for international shipments is your responsibility (the Global Shipping Program is an option for many countries). I cannot choose "gift" on form. Items ship from Sioux Falls, SD USA.

Shipping Costs

I try to keep costs as low as possible for both you and I and weigh the items when listing. Unfortunately, rate hikes are out of my control so I will do my best to lessen the blow. I am located in the middle of the country which helps.

Note: Used clothing and bedding cannot be shipped to China. Sorry for any inconvenience but this is law.

I have a 14 day return policy.

Sometimes you just aren't happy.

Whatever it is just contact me through messages and I will issue a refund as soon as item is returned.
