Brand new wrap dress by Fashion Avenue in size medium.   It is the equivalent of a 8-10.   The dress features 3/4 sleeves and a rope look tie belt.  Material is a polyester, rayon and spandex blend.  It hits above the knee but is not a mini dress.  It is light weight.  MSRP $69.
