This is an old plastic plate with Mickey Mouse on it. The only markings is by his foot that says 

copyright Walt Disney productions. It measures 9" across. I am not sure how old it is, but i think the newer stuff just says Disney. The entire back of the plate is blank, no printing at all. No country, year, nothing.
