This book is titled ''Eastern Forests '', authored by John C. Kricher.  It is published by Easton Press, part of the series: Roger Tory Peterson Field Guides.  It was published in 1988. This book is Fine, or a book that approaches the condition of As New, but without being crisp.  There are none but the slightest of defects. There is no owner's plate attached, nor any owner's mark of any kind. Covers are in mint condition, with no signs of wear at all.  No nicks or scratches to the leather, and no scuffing to the gilded artwork and lettering.  Will display perfectly on your bookshelf. The page block gold gilding is nearly perfect, with only slight imperfections to the gilt; see picture.  The principle defect is a small (grain of rice size) whitish spot, viewable in pic #6. The spine appears perfect with no wear. Printed paper end papers are pristine; no imperfections.
