The KBS3 is a remote keyboard for use with Dedicated Micro's D4, Digital Sprite 2 and BX2 digital video recorders. In addition to operating basic DVR functions, this unit features a 3-axis joystick for smooth control of a camera's pan, tilt and zoom (PTZ) functions. Additional keys ensure that any feature supported by third party dome PTZ cameras such as patrol, iris, focus, wiper and wash can be accessed by this keyboard. This unit connects to a DVRs 485 bus port and can be used at a distance of up to 4900 ft. (1.5 km) from the DVR.
