Suggested Use 

For maximum effect, a loading dose of five capsules consumed twice daily, for a total of ten capsules per day, for six days (or as directed by a health care professional). Thereafter, two capsules daily. Best results when taken on an empty stomach in the morning and at bedtime with water. Children under age 6—one capsule daily. Occasional chewing of capsule before swallowing may help with stomach distress. Significant consumption may have a temporary mild laxative effect.
