These are estimated shipping times and not guarantees. Media mail could take up to 21 days to receive your item but usually received before that time. We ship the next day when payment is received unless that payments come in on Saturday then we ship on Monday.
If the item is lost or damaged after 21 days we will initiate a claim with the shipping company for refunds to be sent to us so that we would be able to send you a refund when received.
