For your consideration, here is a Halogen Lamp Bulb J78, 110 volts, 150 watts, with box and packing material. I do not see a maker on the box. It looks new. I have not tested it though. Item pictured is the actual item up for sale and comes from a non-smoking household.   (135.261g-.4od)
