All rugs are shipped through FedEx, tracking info provided as soon as it is available from the shipper.

Please note if the item is not present in our US warehouse it will ship from North India at no additional cost and takes 3-5 business days to deliver. North India is the place where all the big brands rugs are manufactured, so you will always get fresh stock and brand new product.

We may ask you to give us proof of evidence, such as Photo of the item that is not as described or damage.

Please contact us first to initiate any return/exchange process. We will not accept any returns without our authorization.
