Colorful Acrylic Scroll Painting On Canvas Of Woman In Beautiful Dress by Water

Beautiful colorful of a young woman. Feels to be a canvas material but looks to be a print as none of the paint feels lifted from the material. I do not see any signature. Could even be a print of someone in a cartoon on tv, I really do not know any thing about this. Outer material is different than the center picture material. Feels like a soft suede but doubt that it actually is suede leather. Wood trim located on top and bottom area and there is string with a circle to hang and has oval beads slong side the loop. These beads look to be wood. Measures about 37 inches tall by 21-3/4 inches in width. This is counting the outside area around. If you do know something I don't about this item, please do tell.
