I would say condition is Good, considering the age of the books. Spines are tight, a very small space can be seen between top of cover and top of pages on the spine ends. The Central Stations book does have some pages that appear to have been wet, they are in good condition but slightly wrinkled. Hardboards have soft corners, and some light edge scuff marks.
