This item is a carton of 24 plastic bins that are tilted so a customer of a convenience store or gas station could grab a candy bar, etc. for a snack for a nickel or a dime or quarter as an impulse item. Years ago it could have held candy for a penny or two in lieu of change. These containers stack so there could be 12 stacks of two canisters/cubes. We opened the box in order to photograph one of the containers, otherwise they have not been handled. I am unsure of the vintage of this item but there is no bar code so I would guess pre 1970. If you have a flea market stand or a shop and sell yoyo's, erasers, pencils, packs of cards or rolls of tape or any bulk items small enough to fit in the cubes it is better than having a cardboard box full of items and there is room enough to put a sticker with the price on the container, and remember you can double up the counter space by stacking.
