For your consideration, here is a Vintage Retro Orange Painted Iron Door Handle.  It may be for a door.  It has wear and the paint is chipped in spots.  The handle base measures 10 1/4 inches tall and 2 3/4 inches wide, at the bases.  The handle extends out 2 3/8 inches.  Item pictured is the actual item up for sale and comes from a non-smoking household.  (353.20m-2.10Arrx)
