I have a Haiti Decorative Wooden Box - Desk Office Display Case With Separators for sale. I am not sure what kind of wood this is made out of or where this was made. It is a nice little box to store things in. I believe the box is under 1 foot long and roughly 4-5 inch depth. The default item description may be wrong so what you see in the pictures is what you will get.
