JC Penney Towncraft Cuff Links and Tie Bar Boxed Set. Most Definitely Vintage. In Original Black with Gold Guilding Presentation Box. Gold Colored Metal. The Cuffs are about 3/4 Inches by 5/8 Inches. Tie Bar is about 1 1/2 Inches long. Original presentation box is in good working condition but does show normal age. Comes from past estate sale finds.
