To be accepted for return, all items must be received within 10 days from delivery date. Items must also be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Restocking fee is waived and will not be deducted only if the reason for
the return is "item is damaged or defective."
