The binding and hinges are weak but still in acceptable condition. The pages are tanning and have scattered brown age spots and two pages are browned from a newspaper clipping. There is a gift inscription written on the front end paper. The cover is scuffed and rubbed, there is a scratch on the back. The cover is edge worn and the spine is faded. Acceptable. Hardcover.
