Rotary relies on statistical processes and superior quality. Rotary blades are tested over and over again to meet high standards of safety, efficiency and quality.
Rotary blades are inspected for flatness and balance, then if necessary, adjusted to a fine standard or rejected entirely. High temperature furnaces are utilized to ensure the optimal hardness and durability. Rotary blades are constantly checked for quality including Rockwell hardness tests. Our 13 station finishing line applies black oxide with a durable rust inhibitor treatment. A robotic system applies smooth coats of paint; then our blades are baked at high temperatures to assure a durable finish.
Rotary produces high performance blades that are recognized worldwide for quality, durability and performance. Quality control is an ongoing process. Rotary lab technicians conduct numerous tests to monitor the safety and performance of Rotary's blades.
