1. How to use - easy!
    1) Freeze the ice packs - about 4 hours.  
    2) Put 2 ice packs into the pouch.
    3) Place the pouch into the hard hat.

3. Advanced cooling - stronger and longer lasting.
  1) Super ice pack - Special gel included and lasts a lot longer.
     Ice packs are disposable goods and need to be replaced by time.
     How long? - Totally depends on your using condition! Based on the temperature, ice packs may need to be replaced every 2~4 hours. We provide 2 more packs(total 4) so that you can have a spare set.  
     Make sure freezing the pack completely. This affects the cooling effects significantly.

  2) Patented ice pack pouch - can adjust temperature.
     3 separate space inside - based on where you put the ice pack, temperature changes. You can choose one you feel most comfortable with.
     Silver-thread covered for anti condensation.
     Condensation - This happens when there are significant temperature differences. When you use this ice pad, as time goes by waterdrops will appear in the outside of the ice pack. It’s INEVITABLE. In order to minimize Frost Formation, this pad utilizes the pouch cover which is made with silver-thread.

2) Expedited Air Mail(EMS) - Usually takes 5~8 BUSINESS days after we ship.

Actual shipping time entirely depends on your country's Customs and
postal service. They can hold the item and delay its delivery for
SEVERAL months.

Tracking
1. After shipment we email you RR number(Registered Air Mail) or EM number(EMS) for the tracking.
1) Registered Air Mail - Online tracking is NOT available. MUST allow 10 BUSINESS days after it's shipped and CALL your Post Office.
2) Expedited Air Mail(EMS) - Online tracking is available at USPS site.

2. Your item is coming from across the Pacific Ocean. Please allow the above minimum shipping time before you contact us.
